The model is one charge per cohort, based on enrolled participants. There is no subscription or monthly per-seat fee.
Paid collection has not launched. Every cohort activated while charging is disabled runs to its end at no charge and does not use the organisation's one-time free grant. Paid launch needs a separate announcement and payment confirmation.
All amounts are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. The bands change participant scale; they include the same core workflow.
A one-time grant for an organisation's first eligible cohort when charging begins. The complete workflow is included.
For a small programme or project team. One payment per cohort when paid billing launches.
For a larger programme. The same complete workflow, with a higher participant ceiling.
For an institution-sized cohort. Planned invoice payment; contact us about procurement before starting.
Use the participants who will join, rather than empty places. This is an estimate for paid launch, not a payment request.
From 1 to 500. Organisers and verifiers are not counted unless they also join as participants.

Programme and Project team are two layouts of the same cohort. Neither has a separate subscription or a feature upgrade fee.
People enrolled in a participant role when the cohort activates. Unused capacity and unaccepted invitations do not count. Organisers and verifiers count only if they also join as participants. Activation locks the roster and price.
Every cohort is free while charging is disabled. At paid launch, each organisation has one free cohort grant for up to ten participants. After that, even a small cohort uses the first paid band. Pre-billing activations do not spend this grant.
At paid launch, the workspace owner pays from the cohort's Billing tab before activation. Refunds: in full at any time before activation, none after, subject to mandatory rights. If new enrolments move a paid cohort into a higher band, activation stops; refund the original payment and buy the correct band. Setting capacity higher alone does not change the price.
No. An activated cohort keeps its recorded price. Any prospective price change needs notice. A cohort activated before charging begins runs to its end free.
A cohort holds at most 500 participants. A larger programme needs several cohorts, each priced separately when charging begins. Contact us to discuss organisation and procurement needs; custom features or discounts are not promised.
